the knowledgeable and friendly owner and his wife made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the spacious room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice shower and a comfortable large bed. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal, perfectly in keeping with the period of the house, and even accompanied by suitable music. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including croissants, bread, cheese, and homemade jams. The beautiful grounds of the manoir also provided a delightful setting for exploration. Cons: Nothing—it was a perfect stay! 🌟.

We loved staying at this charming castle hotel! The winding stone staircase and large bedroom had authentic chateau vibes. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, and the on-site organic and gluten-free epicerie was a real bonus with lots of useful things for us to self-cater in our room. Breakfast was generous and nicely served in a big room. We also appreciated the free parking within the hotel's grounds, and the hotel's location close to the town centre and places to eat and visit.

This charming rustic building surrounded by a forest made my weekend more enjoyable. The delicious meals served and the warmth of the owners made me feel like part of their family. The historic town nearby provided a great place to visit, adding to the ambiance of my stay.
The garden was not as fancy as it appeared online, but it was still a pleasant view during our stay. the rooms did not have modern furnishings, but instead had an old-fashioned charm, which added to the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, offering easy access to local eateries and attractions. the view from the manor house is impressive, with lush gardens and woodland surrounding the property. the room itself is decent, with modern bathrooms and hot water showers. the breakfast is generous and nicely served in a large room inside the chateau.
There seems to be a lack of maintenance on some aspects of the property, such as the overgrown moat and neglected garden furniture, which detracts from the overall experience.
